Welcome to Astroblock Trades (the "Platform"), a decentralised crypto‑investment ecosystem. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all incorporated policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and not a resident of any jurisdiction where crypto assets are prohibited (including but not limited to the United States, China, and sanctioned regions). You represent that your use complies with all local laws regarding digital assets.
Cryptocurrency trading and investment involve substantial risk of loss. Astroblock Trades is not a licensed financial advisor. Past performance of any asset or strategy does not guarantee future returns. You acknowledge that:
To use Astroblock Trades you must connect a non‑custodial blockchain wallet (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect). You are responsible for keeping your private keys and recovery phrases secure. Astroblock Trades never holds your private keys — we cannot restore access, reverse transactions, or freeze funds.
All transactions on the Platform incur network gas fees (paid to blockchain validators). Astroblock Trades charges a small protocol fee (between 0.1% and 1% depending on the pool), which is disclosed before confirmation. Fees are non‑refundable.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astroblock Trades (including its team, contributors, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed 100 € (or equivalent in crypto).
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use after 14 days constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate services for any lawful reason, including suspicious activity.
Astroblock Trades respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you interact with our decentralised interface.
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We do not use fingerprinting or intrusive trackers.
Please be aware that blockchain transactions are permanently recorded on public ledgers. Astroblock Trades cannot erase or modify on‑chain data. Do not share sensitive personal information in transaction notes.
The Platform may integrate with decentralised exchanges, oracles, or wallet providers. Their privacy policies govern interactions with those services. Astroblock Trades is not responsible for their data handling.
Server logs (IP addresses, timestamps) are automatically deleted within 7 days. Support tickets are stored for up to 1 year. Wallet addresses are not linked to IPs unless you voluntarily provide identifying info.
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, UK, Brazil), you may have rights to access, rectify, or erase personal data. Contact Support@astroblocktrade.com – we honour all valid requests.
We will notify users of material changes via our website or Discord. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated policy.
